Huppert Engineering has been extensively involved with aluminum extrusions. Huppert offers a fully vertically integrated extrusion supply option with extrusion press lines ranging from 1250 ton up to 5500 ton presses. Order sizes range from small, to medium, to large volume projects.
Projects include extruded profiles, bent profiles, up to fully fabricated machined profiles for body, structural and chassis applications. Automotive, construction, rail, mining and commercial diesel applications.
HIGH-PRESSURE DIE CAST
Huppert Engineering has been involved with aluminum high pressure die castings for over 25 years and has experience in engineered die cast sales, tooling and production. Within our product portfolio, we have press sizes that go up to 2,000 tons which allows us to support small and large sized components.
Huppert Engineering can provide machining options that include simple to high-level, complex machining requirements.
We offer machining of many materials including aluminum, Iron, CGI and other materials.
PROTOTYPE & LOW VOLUME
Huppert Engineering provides advanced prototyping services. This includes tooling design and development as well as sample production. Capabilities in-house and also with strategic partners. Product development is supported through internal group companies.
Huppert Engineering also has extensive experience and supply options for bearings and bearing applications. We offer many various bearing types such as Single Groove Ball Bearings, Needle Bearings, Pinions/Shafts, Taper Roller Bearings, etc. We have bearing experience in both ICE and Electric Vehicle applications.
We can also provide many different types of forging components. These include forging products for engine, transmission, chassis, driveline, EV applications, commercial diesel engines, agricultural applications, heavy equipment applications and much more.
3D PRINTING & CAD
Huppert Engineering offers 3D-Printing services and we are able to provide components of all sizes for a customers review.
We offer SLA (Stereolithography), FFF (fused filament fabrication) and FDM (fused deposition modeling).
